This is the Application dated 5/2/2011. It’s supported by the Affidavit of the Appellant/Applicant. It’s for rectification of the deceased’s name to read CHARLES KANYEKI NGOBU alias KANYEKI NGOBU, to reflect the names in the deceased’s Identity Card. I have seen the annextures herein and I find the application for rectification to have merit. The Respondent’s opposition has no basis.

I allow the application and grant the Orders as prayed.

This is for purposes of enabling the Appellant/Applicant who is the Administrator to distribute the estate as per the confirmed Grant.

No order as to costs.
