1. The applicant filed an undated Notice of Motion under Certificate of Urgency seeking the revision of the orders of the trial court at Kibera Chief Magistrate’s Court on December 4, 2023 by Hon CM Njagi (PM) denying him reasonable bail/bond terms. I have considered the application and hereby make the following orders:i.The application is certified urgentii.The Deputy Registrar is directed to avail the subordinate court file untyped within 21 days from the date hereof.iii.The applicant is directed to serve the application and order of this court to the respondent within 7 days from the date hereof.iv.Upon service, the respondent is directed to file a response within 14 days.v.The matter shall be mentioned on January 30, 2024 for directions.

2Notices shall issue accordingly.
