Are there appealable matters in this case — Yes, there are appealable matters under the provisions of Sections 21 and 23 of the Supreme Court of Appeal Act. 2. We notice that: a) There is no Notice of Appeal filed by the 1st Appellant. b) There is a Notice of Appeal by the 2"¢ Appellant although the issues in the 24 Appellant’s appeal were matters raised by the 1stAppellant, not the 274 Appellant, in the Court below; and c) More importantly, we notice that the issues that were before the Court below related to interlocutory orders, issues of case management and exercise of discretion of the Court which we find no reason to interfere with. 3. Having made these observations, which we will address fully in a formal judgment; having read skeleton arguments and heard oral arguments, further having considered the matter in its entirety, we dismiss the matter before us with costs to the respondents.
