1. This appeal was filed on11/5/2023. On 12/2/2025, this court ordered the appellant to file and serve the record of appeal within 30 days from that date. In default, the appeal was to stand dismissed for want of prosecution.

2. Counsel for the respondents has today confirmed that he extracted and subsequently served the order of the court on 14/2/2025. He contends that there has been no compliance.

3. In the absence of evidence of compliance, this appeal stands dismissed. It stood dismissed on expiry of the 30 days. The appellant shall bear costs of the parties who appeared and participated in the appeal. It is so ordered.
