I have}{ \rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid11689089\charrsid9004278 }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid6699165\charrsid9004278 no alternative but to rule that the amended written statement of defence dated 11th December, 1971 is still incompetent and}{ \rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid11689089\charrsid9004278 }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid6699165\charrsid9004278 consequently that there is no defence to the action. \par }}
