1 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF SEYCHELLES (Admiralty Jurisdiction) ADMIRALTY ACTION IN REM AGAINST THE VESSEL “HARAPAN III” BETWEEN:- Naval Services (1994) Ltd a Company incorporated in Plaintiff Seychelles and herein represented by its Director Pier Giorgio Mameli, and electing its legal domicile in the Chamber of Clifford Andre, Attorney-At-Law, Victoria, Mahe. AND Richard Barley, a representative of LCP Development Defendant Or such other Directors of LCP Development or any Other owners of the vessel “Harapan III” lying at Providence, Seychelles. Civil Side No. 110 of 2010 Mr. C. Andre for the Plaintiff ORDER Gaswaga, J The plaintiff in this matter has applied for a “warrant of arrest” for the arrest of the property, namely vessel “Harapan III” now lying within the territorial jurisdiction of this court.    The application in this regard is supported by an affidavit as required under Order 75 of the Supreme Court Practice (White Book).    On the strength of the said affidavit I hereby order a “warrant of arrest” be issued accordingly. FURTHER ORDERS This warrant, together with the statement of claim and summons is to be served by affixing on the Mast of the ship and the Wheel House. D.
