1.   I have heard the counsel for the Applicant on the Application dated 19th March, 2021. The same seeks that judgment be entered against the Respondent pursuant to the taxed costs of Kshs 87,557/=.

2.   The Respondent failed to enter appearance or attend court today despite being notified of today’s date.

3.   Accordingly, I allow the application as per the Certificate of Taxation. Judgment is entered against the Respondent in the sum of Kshs 87,557/=.

4.   No orders of costs.
