1. This matter is for mention for parties to highlight their respective submissions on the Notice of Motion application dated 4th June, 2024.

2. Upon listening to counsel for the parties herein:-By consent of both counsel for the parties;“The Manuel for elections of Directors of small Holders Tea Factories having been withdrawn and the Elections of Directors of KTDA managed factories having taken place on 28th June, 2024, the Petition and Notice of Motion application dated 4th June, 2024 have been overtaken by events and the same is therefore marked as withdrawn”.

3. The Consent is adopted as an order of this court this 30th day of October, 2024. It is so ordered.
