JEANNE OLGA MANCIENNE Defendants GERARD MAUREL Civil Side No. 153 of 2007 Mrs. Antao for the Plaintiff APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF RESTRICTION Gaswaga, J On the 25th May, 2007 the plaintiff/applicant sought and obtained from this Court an order of inhibition under Section 76(1) of the Land Registration Act, Cap 107. Mrs. Antao appearing on behalf of the applicant has now submitted that the parties have settled this matter and would move the Court to have the inhibition order vacated. In these circumstances, I find it just and necessary that an order for removal of restriction in respect of the land title H 7117 situated at Glacis, Mahe issues.
