Ruling

1. This ruling relates to the issue as to whether the court should grant prayers 2 & 3 in the pending application which prayers have been opposed by the respondent.

2. The court proceeds to grant conditional temporary orders of injunction until the application is heard and determined or until further orders are given by the court. The conditions are that the applicant shall deposit the rent arrears in a joint interest earning account in the names of the advocates for the parties within 21 days and shall continue to deposit any other rent in the said account.
