1. Vide Siaya HCR 24/2017, this court convicted and sentenced the convict herein Julius Nyakwaka to serve 10 years imprisonment for the offence of Murder contrary to section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code, on February 1, 202.

2. The sentence was lenient as opposed to the mandatory death.

3. I have no mandate to review further the 10 year prison term imposed.

4. The revision of sentence is declined,
