Ruling

1. The Sentence Review Report on the convict as filed on 22nd November 2024 is rejected as the victims of the offences who lost over Kenya Shillings One Million were never interviewed by the Probation Officer.

2. The Report is one sided and does not consider the pain suffered by those who work so hard to raise their money which is swept away at once by fraudsters of convict’s type who want to revive his stationery business upon release yet not refunded defrauded money.

3. The application for sentence review is dismissed.

4. File closed.
