Ruling

1. The applicant Cornel Odongo Obondo was convicted of the offence of Robbery with Violence and sentenced to death vide Bondo PM Cr. 78/2020 on 17/1/2023. He now seeks for an inquiry into his property, a motorcycle which was retained by the trial court with a receipt showing he is the owner thereof.

2. The convict/applicant is advised to file an application before the trial court for consideration on its merit.

3. This application is misplaced.

4. It is dismissed.
