1. I have gone through the Notice of Motion application dated June 29, 2023 filed under certificate of urgency and the supporting affidavit of the applicant of even date seeking an order of sentence review.I note that on June 22, 2023, the applicant, Japheth Ochieng, filed an application seeking similar orders as sought in this application. I issued orders, inter alia, directing that the lower court file should be availed on July 13, 2023.

2. The applicant has however filed a subsequent application seeking similar orders before the date given by this court for mention, which is July 20, 2023. Having gone through the ex parte application, I issue the following orders:1. That this matter is certified as urgent.2. That the lower court file be availed Untyped Without fail on July 13, 2023. 3.That the Deputy Registrar (DR) to ensure compliance of this order.4. That the application and order of this court be served upon the respondent on or before July 7, 2023. 5.That upon service, the respondent to file a response on or before July 14, 2023. 6.That this matter be mentioned on July 21, 2023 for directions.Orders accordingly.
