Ruling

1. The Petitioner Benson Nyamwaya Odero was sentenced to life imprisonment vide Tamu Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court Sexual Offences Case No 18 of 2015.

2. He appealed to the High Court vide HCRA No 69 of 2017 which he claims that it was dismissed. He has not annexed any proceedings or judgement from any of the two courts as he seeks for resentencing.

3. This court has not been supplied with any material to support the Petition for resentencing.

4. The Petition filed on 5th October 2022 is hereby dismissed.
