Ruling

1. I have considered the application by way of Notice of Motion dated 4th March 2023 filed by the convict Petitioner Charles Obondo Odhiambo seeking for orders of Judicial Review in respect of Criminal Case No 590 of 2014 at Winam.

2. That prayer in itself does not make any judicial sense at all. The application is found to be incompetent and is dismissed.

3. The convict is at liberty to file a proper petition or application supported by an affidavit and all the court proceedings relevant to the case where he was convicted and sentenced or appeals dismissed.

4. This file is closed.
