1. The applicant filed a notice of motion dated 8th April 2024. In the application, the applicant sought orders of revision of the orders of the trial court issued on 4th and 5th April 2024. Directions were issued by this court on 11th April 2024 with the matter set down for hearing on 10th June 2024

2. On 10th June 2024, neither the applicant nor his advocate was present to prosecute their application.

3. The application is consequently dismissed for want of prosecution.
