1. The Applicant, Peter Omondi Ogutu was convicted on his own plea of guilty for the offence of Stealing contrary to Section 268 as read with section 275 of the Penal Code.

2. On September 19, 2022 he was sentenced to serve 6 months’ imprisonment.

3. The Order before this Court is for revision.

4. The Applicant finished serving his sentence on or about March 19, 2023. Having finished serving the sentence imposed by the trial court, there is nothing for this court to revise.

5. Consequently, the only just order which this court can make which I hereby do, is to order that the application is overtaken by events. Orders accordingly.
