1. I have considered the application dated 8th December 2024.

2. The Applicant is a convict in Tamu SPM Criminal Case No. E0112 of 2022 where he was sentenced to serve seven (7) years for the offence of stock theft contrary to Section 278 of the Penal Code. This was on 23rd May 2022.

3. He seeks for sentence reduction.

4. I find no merit in the application as the Applicant had the opportunity to appeal.

5. I dismiss the application.
