1. The applicant filed the present application dated 9th May 2025 seeking conservatory orders restraining the Respondents from summoning, investigating, intimidating, harassing, arresting, or recommending prosecution of the Applicant pending hearing and determination of the matter.

2. Directions were issued and the matter was set down for hearing on 24th June 2025.

3. On 24th June 2025, neither the applicant nor the counsel was present to prosecute the application.

4. The application is consequently dismissed for want of prosecution. The orders of the court issued on May 13, 2025 are consequently vacated.Order accordingly.
