Ruling

1. The applicant herein was convicted for the offence of murder on April 26, 2022. I have considered the application to file an appeal as a pauper. I find no evidence of pauperism to warrant grant of orders sought under rule 113 of theCourt of Appeal Rules.

2. The application for leave to appeal as a pauper is dismissed. The applicant to have the proceedings and judgment assessed for him to pay the required court fees and for preparation of the court record.
