1. This Petition for resentencing file was opened on October 12, 2022 but no documents were filed. The file however remains active in the CTS.

2. Later on June 8, 2023 the Convict Vincent Otieno Okoth filed another Petition for resentencing vide Criminal Petition No E010 of 2023.

3. I have just disposed of that Petition which is equally not supported by relevant material documents.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed for duplicity and as no documents were filed to support the opening of this file, the file is hereby closed.
