Judgment

1. This matter is similar to HCCR Revision No E016 of 2023 filed later on June 8, 2023. This one was filed on January 30, 2023.

2. I have already considered the merits of HCCR Revision No E016 of 2023 and dismissed it for want of merit and abuse of court process.

3. Accordingly, I find application devoid of any substance for consideration. The application for Sentence Revision which is similar to HCCR Revision No E016 of 2023 is hereby dismissed as the convict already benefited from resentencing from death penalty for Murder to 30 years’ imprisonment.

4. Application dated January 30, 2023 is dismissed and this file is hereby closed.
