1. Whereas the Applicant Kevin Omondi Okumu has moved this court under the provision of Sections 4(1) and (2) of the Probation of Offenders Act, for possible resentencing and release on probation, he has failed to disclose the particulars of the trial court nor annex the proceedings thereto wherefore5 I find that this application is incurably and fatally defective wherefore I hereby strike it out with no orders as to costs.
