2. The convict has not annexed any proceedings to inform the court of the history of the matter, considering his own admission that his application for review of sentence vide HCCR Revision No. E174 of 2024 was dismissed and he has not told the court the reasons for such dismissal.

3. The application and submissions dated 27th November 2024 is dismissed.
