Ruling

1. The applicant/Convict Father Junior Ongoro seeks for resentencing in Winam Senior Principal Magistrate Sexual Offences Case No 55 of 2018. He was convicted on May 20, 2021. He never filed any proceedings from the lower court and neither does he disclose the actual offence for which he was convicted and sentence imposed.

2. I find this application unsupported.

3. The Convict to file a fresh application accompanied by testimonials from prisons and lower court proceedings and evidence of whether he appealed against his conviction and sentence and if so, the outcome thereof.

4. The application is dismissed.

5. File closed.
