Ruling

1. The applicant was charged and after a full trial convicted for the offence of robbery with violence contrary to section 296 of the Penal Code. He was sentenced to serve six(6) years and one (1) month imprisonment.

2. He has filed the present application seeking revision of sentence on the grounds that the time spent in remand custody was not considered.

3. From the record, the applicant filed a similar application in Criminal Revision No. 252 of 2024 which was dismissed by this court on 8th October 2024.

4. In the premises, the application is dismissed for being an abuse of the court process.

Orders accordingly.
