Ruling

1. On 22/11/2022 the convict herein Alan Odhiambo Ooko was sentenced to serve 60 days imprisonment for the offence of malicious damage to property. He had pleaded not guilty to the charge. He never gave any evidence in defence and never mitigated. He has already served nearly half of the sentence imposed. I revise the sentence and order that the convict Allan Odhiambo Ooko shall be released from prison and serve suspended sentence of the remainder term which is suspended for one year not to re-offend. He shall however be reporting to the Officer in charge, Manyuanda Police Post every Friday of the week for 4 weeks.
