JUDGEMENT

This is an application by an Advocate for judgement for costs in terms of the certificate of costs dated 13th January 2020 duly signed by the taxing officer who is the Deputy Registrar of this Court.  Since the taxation, there has been no reference or other application to set aside the certificate of costs.  This application is also not opposed.  In the premises the same is allowed and judgement is entered as prayed.  It is so ordered.
