Ruling

1. This matter is for mention for parties to show cause why the suit should not be dismissed for want of prosecution, a Notice to Show Cause having issued on 15th November, 2023. Neither party nor their respective counsel have attended court despite the matter having been cause-listed. There is even no representation to explain their absence.

2. I have perused the court record and established that since the application dated 20th June, 2023 was filed, the Applicant has never attended court. There has been explanation for this.

3. In view of this, this Court finds the application abandoned and the same is dismissed for want of prosecution. It is so ordered.
