1. The applicant Jack Otieno filed a Notice of Motion application under certificate of urgency dated May 17, 2023 and a supporting affidavit of even date deponed by the applicant. The application is brought under section 132 of theCriminal Procedure Code. The applicant prays that the warrant of arrest issued in Criminal Case No E069/2022 against him be lifted and cash bail be reinstated.
