1. From the probation officer’s report, the convict Dan Mbogo Owiti could not provide information on his home background for investigation by the Probation Officer, leading to the conclusion that he was unsuitable for non-custodial supervision.

2. The Sentence Review is accordingly declined. The convict will serve full sentence imposed.
