JUDGEMENT

1)Judgment is entered interms of the consent letter filed in

Court on 21st May 2013 and dated 6th May 2013 and signed by the Advocate for the Claimants and that for the Respondents in the following terms. By consent Judgment be and is hereby entered for the Plaintiff against Mohamed Abdullahi Neor, Mudei Auto Tyres Ltd, Abdi Gure Gutel t/a Neo Omega Agencies, Mohamed Shire Jimale t/a Compolink Holdings and Ahmed A. Allhi t/a Salihiya Cargo for General Average Contribution due and owing to the Claimants’ herein.

2)The sum of USS 78,098. 29 (being the aggregate amountdeposited by the above Defendants as security) together with all interest accrued thereon be apportioned and paid out forthwith as to 55% to the Claimants and 45% for the Respondent.

3)Each party to bear its own costs.

4)Upon payment out of the sums in paragraph 2 above, this claim be deemed to be fully and finally settled.

Ruling read and delivered in open Court this 22nd day of May, 2013.
