1. I have considered the application dated 27/4/2022 seeking leave of court to appeal out of time from conviction and sentence of 15 years imprisonment in Siaya CM Sexual Offence case No. E014/2022 on 15/3/2022.

2. I find the delay is not inordinance. I grant leave to the applicant to file appeal to the High Court and serve the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) within 14 days of today in default, leave granted lapses.
