ADU GYAMFI & 1 OTHER PARTIES - PRESENT 1st Defendant: I am changing my Plea this morning to Liable to the claims of the plaintiff. 2nd Defendant: I have also changed my plea from not liable to liable to the claims of the plaintiff. By Court: the court finds the defendants liable to claims of the plaintiff as per their own plea. As a result, the plaintiff is now declared owner of the plot No. 3 situate, lying and being at Kwamekrom on Sefwi Anhwiaso Stool land and bounded by plots Nos. 2,4,5 and a street. As a consequence, the defendants either by themselves, their assigns, privies, workmen and any other claiming through them are hereby perpetually restrained from having anything to do with the disputed land forthwith.
