RULING

1. I have perused the report of the Investigating Officer including his findings and recommendations.  I find that the evidence gathered by the police discloses misconduct on the part of the court clerk and the Probation Officers.

2. In the circumstances, I direct that the concerned departments should take disciplinary actions against the officers.
