1. The application dated June 14, 2023 seeks for consolidation of a series of matters Misc No 131-136 and No E197 of 2022 and that the taxed costs in those matters amounting to Kshs 845,700 be deemed to be judgment of the court as per the respective Certificates of Costs in the said files as annexed hereto.

2. There is no opposition to the said application and no reference is filed in any of the files sought to be consolidated.

3. I find no prejudice will be occasioned to any party if the orders sought are granted. I allow the application for consolidation and enter judgment in the consolidated matters for the applicant advocate against the Respondent in the sum of Kshs 845,700.

4. Decree to issue for the said sum.

5. I make no orders as to costs.

6. All the other files in the series are therefore closed aa they are collapsed into Misc No E130 of 2022.

7. I so order.
