FURTHER REVISION

Having taken Notice of Section 67 (12) of the Prisons Act (Cap 90) Laws of Kenya, I hereby revise my previous order dated 27th June, 2006 to read as follows:

“The accused be and is hereby committed to Kamiti Youth Corrective Centre for rehabilitation for a period of 4(four) months from the date hereof in line with the probation Officer’s report attached hereto.  The subject child to be escorted under guard to the said correction Centre  forthwith.”
