This matter is scheduled  to come for directions before me in the near future.

Vide  an application dated 13th February, 2014, the Plaintiff in this case applied for Hon. P.M. Njoroge to disqualify himself from hearing this matter.  In the Interest of Justice. I direct as follows:-

1. The suit be transferred to  Nakuru to be heard by the ELC Court as the suit Land Parcel No. Laikipia/ Daigia Umande Block 6/146(Nyariginu) falls under the administrative jurisdiction of the Nakuru ELC Court.

2. The Executive Officer should ensure that the Registry takes appropriate  action.

These directions are  in consonance with the apposite Appendix (G) in the Civil Procedures Rules.
