JUDGMENT

1. The Applicant who was the lawyer for the Respondent has taxed his bill. He has now sought the entry of judgment to give effect to his bill. The bill was properly taxed by the Taxing Master of this court and is presently unopposed. The court having heard the Applicant’s notice of motion application dated 25th March 2019 seeking the entry of judgment against the Respondent for Kshs. 184,986. 20 in terms of the Certificate of Costs issued on 14th March 2019, the court enters said judgment as prayed.
