COURT ORDER ON REVISION

1. Having become aware of the accused’s conviction and sentence through his Criminal Appeal No. 66 of 2015, I directed that a revision file be opened.

2. I do now direct, upon reviewing the proceedings in the lower court, namely Engineer Criminal Case No. 825 of 2014 that the Probation Office tenders a report on the Appellant on or before 9/10/2015 as will enable the court make further orders in the matter.
