1.  This Applicant also filed Misc. Cr. Application E012/2022 using the names Peter Odhiambo Abonyo.  This file is therefore a duplication of E012/2022.

2.  I find the duplication to be an abuse of court process as the impugned judgment is the same, delivered on 25/1/2021 vide HCR. 29/2017.

3.  I decline the application and dismiss it. File closed.
