RULING ON REVISION
The applicant is Peter Rono, he was charged with 3 counts of the offence of driving a motor cycle on a public road without insurance, without a licence, without a helmet and without reflective jacket contrary to Section 103 B (1) (2) (3) and (7) of the Traffic Act Ammendment Act No. 37 of 2012.
He is serving a concurrent imprisonment of 8 months, 6 months, 3 months and 6 months respectively and as sentenced by the honourable trial court.
The probation report shows that he is remorseful and promises to observe all the traffic laws.
Accordingly, I alter the sentence by the trial court and order the applicant to serve the community for 20 days at Chief's office at Kapkarin location under the supervison of the Chief.
