IN THE DISTRICT COURT HELD AT BIBIANI ON TUESDAY THE 14TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2022 BEFORE HIS WORSHIP PETER BANOE DAPILEH DISTRICT COURT CASE NO.21/23 MAGISTRATE THE REPUBLIC VS. 1. OBIMPEH JOHN 2. DUKU EBENEZER 3. KWADWO OWUSU 4. KOFI ABASAH 5. PATRICK OKRAN ACCUSED PERSONS - PRESENT C/INSP. BENJAMIN OWUSU AGYEMANG FOR PROSECUTION – PRESENT By Court: The court finds the first Accused person guilty on both count one and count two (2) on account of his own plea. On count one (1) Accused is convicted and sentenced to a fine of 200 penalty units or in default six (6) months imprisonment IHL. On count two (2) to 250 penalty units or in default 12 months imprisonment IHL. The sentences are concurrent. However due to the submission of the prosecution withdrawing the charges against A2, A3, A4 and A5, they are accordingly discharged.
