The Application is Notice of Motion dated 20th February 2009 filed and served after leave to file it was obtained. Affidavit of Service filed. The order disobeyed is annexed to the Chamber Summons seeking leave.
Application not opposed. Committal for a maximum of 6 months still continuing to-day even after being served. He was present opposing the application for injunction in the Magistrate’s Court and is very much aware of the injunction issued by the Magistrate. Pray for orders.

From what has been brought to my attention during the hearing of this Notice of Motion dated 20th February 2009 and proceeding unopposed though the Respondent served, I find no good reason why I should not grant the said Notice of Motion and therefore the same is hereby granted as prayed and the Respondent to be committed to jail for a period of three (3) months.
