Before: Delivered: G. Dodin J 24th September 2024 DODIN J ORDER [1] The Accused is released on bail with the following conditions: (1) He must depose his travel document/passport into Court. (2) He shall not leave the jurisdiction without an Order of the Court. ---- (3) Immigration-Authorities shall-Betallow him to leave the jurisdiction-ncr issue him with--- any travel document without an Order of the Court. (4) He shall continue to reside in his employer's accommodation at St Louis, Mahe, until the final determination of this case. (5) He shall repOli to Central Police Station every Monday and Friday between 8:00am- 6:00pm. (6) He shall appear in Court whenever is required. (7) He shall not breach any of the above conditions failing which bail may be forfeited. (8) The Accused's employer Mr. Ramakrishna Karma Samy Pillai of Orion Orion Computers located at Orion Mall, shall continue to give the accused adequate accommodation where he was staying at St Louis or at any other suitable location for the duration of this case. (9) The Accused's employer [above-mentioned], shall continue to provide the accused with a basic net salary of SCR 8,000/- per month and food allowance to the sum of SCR1000/- per month until the conclusion of the trial.
