He has a 5 year old child and his partner is expecting another. Drugs were for his personal use. The amount is not on the high side. He has pleaded guilty and is remorseful. He is a 1st offender. [3] r impose the following sentence which shall be non-custodial. r impose a fine of Rs 15,0001-to be paid within 6 months, in default 6 months imprisonment. He can pay by instalments.
