The Convict is 43 years old. He has pleaded guilty, saved the Court's time and expenses of a trial. He is remorseful. He is a father of one child of 5 years old and he is a breadwinner of the family. I note that the circumstances in which the offence was committed did not involve only the Convict but there were other persons and no injuries resulted as a result. It was purely a physical act of obstruction. [2] Therefore I shall not impose any sentence of imprisonment nor any heavy fine. I shall impose a fine of SR 1,000 for each count that is on Count 2 a fine of SR 1,000 and on Count 3 another fine of SR 1,000 totalling SR2,000 to be paid with in two months. [3] If you default then you shall be committed to Prison for th ree months. You can appeal against the sentence within 30 working days. Signed, dated and 2
