I have also considered the age of the 2nd accused and the fact that she has already been detained for a period of 14 days. I have considered the fact that accused No. 4 is already serving a term in respect of another offence. [2] I therefore proceed to sentence them as follows; I sentence the 2nd and 4th accused to a term of 3 months imprisonment suspended for a period of 2 years. [3] I also proceed to fine the 2nd accused a sum of SR1,500, payment to be made in 2 months time and I will not impose a fine on the 4th accused because she a serving a term of imprisonment. The 2nd accused is to pay the fine of SR 1,500 by 30th September 2016. [4] Nature of suspended term of imprisonment explained to the 2nd and 4th accused.
