RULING

1. These are the directions with respect to the notice of motion dated 10th November 2014.  The same was brought to court under certificate of urgency.  It is now over four (4) years. Since the application was brought to court.

2. I am guided by Section 19 of the ELC Act in directing that the hearing be expedited.  I hereby direct that the notice of motion dated 10th November 2014 be disposed with.  The parties do comply with pretrial directions so that the matter can go to full hearing.

3. In the meantime neither party is to develop the suit property until the suit is heard and determined.

It is so ordered.
